Nest Cookies

.5 c. butter, softened
.5 c. cream cheese, softened
1.5 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1.75 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 small pkg. dry butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. oats
.5 bag of chocolate chips
.5 bag of butterscotch chips

.5 bag toasted flaked coconut
M&Ms

Mix all ingredients except last two. Roll each ball of cookie dough in coconut and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10+/- minutes at about 350'F. Press 3 M&Ms in center to make eggs in each cookie nest. Very cute and very yummy!
